Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Management, Administration, Social Work or related field. Master’s preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years of management experience and training, preferably at an executive or senior level.
- Strong communication skills.
- Current driver’s license.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted.

Summary Job Description
The Director supervises all leadership team members, who in turn manage and are responsible for the successful operation of all service areas. The Director plans and collaborates with the leadership team and governing members to ensure that outcomes are achieved for all children and families. As the director of all early childhood services, this position provides vision, motivation and leadership to all employees, families and volunteers.
