High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) required.
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years prior HR department administrative work experience strongly preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

This position is under the supervision of the Human Resources Director and is responsible for a variety of paraprofessional, technical and clerical duties in support of the Human Resources (HR) function.
