Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).

Incumbent provides support to the Director in the areas of Center Operations, Information Technology and Risk Management.
The Senior Center Operations Manager supervises the Center Managers of the Head Start and Early Head Start programs and is responsible for effective, cost effective day to day operations of all of ESP’s centers. The incumbent is also responsible for technological operating and risk migration systems and evaluation of these work units. The Senior Center Operations Manager assists with the screening, selection and training of candidates for employment and new employees. Additional responsibilities include planning, assigning, directing work, performance evaluation, employee discipline and recognition, as well as addressing and resolving problems.
