Enrichment Services Program, Inc. will be accepting appointment calls for the Energy Assistance Cooling Program for residents of the following Georgia counties:

Chattahoochee, Clay, Harris, Muscogee, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart, and Talbot

To qualify, a family’s annual income must be less than or equal to 60 percent of the state median income for a Georgia family.

Appointments must be made via telephone or on our website, until the allotted appointments have been filled. The appointment line may close periodically based on the availability of funds. You must make an appointment in your county of residence, or it will be cancelled.

All appointments must be made in the county in which you reside. More information will be provided with your appointment confirmation.

Your appointment is only considered booked when you receive confirmation.

We must receive the following documentation to process your application for payment:

• For all household members that are 18 years old or older – proof of income for the past 30 days
• For all household members that are 18 years old or older – current proof of citizenship or legal immigrant status, state issued picture identification (ID) such as driver’s license, ID card, voter registration card, passport, military ID, etc.
• Proof of Social Security Numbers for each person in the household
• Last/current month’s electric and gas/propane bill for the household if applicable
• If receiving SSI, Social Security, Pension, VA Benefits, or Worker’s Compensation, the current year’s award letter is required.
